Over the years, Double “M” expanded to nine neighborhood locations. Katrina shuttered five of those stores, but the four locations that were not lost to the storm, Metairie, Terrytown, Slidell and Harahan still remain open. Each location has its own feel and has taken on the individual needs of the neighboring area.  

Our philosophy is simple … great service with a neighborhood atmosphere. Whether our customers are shopping for their poodle, horse or cat, we are here to help meet all their animal needs. Double “M” is dedicated to supporting various local animal humane groups and efforts, and is proud to have helped re-home more than 4,600 stray dogs and cats over the years.    

If our customer is a gardener at heart or just beginning to learn, our goal is to provide them with accurate and helpful information to meet their needs. We sell locally grown plants and herbs and offer organic and natural solutions for all of the nutritional needs of our customers’ gardens and lawns.  

At Double “M” Feed, Garden & Pet Supply, the customer always comes first. It’s through earning and maintaining customer loyalty that we are here today and will be able to grow tomorrow.
